Job Overview
People’s Leasing & Finance PLC is looking for vigilant, responsible, and trustworthy CCTV Monitoring Officers to join their 24-hour security operations team.
The selected candidates will be responsible for continuously monitoring CCTV systems, identifying potential security risks, and coordinating prompt action to maintain a secure operating environment across all company locations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience with a good track record.
- Sound knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance technology.
- Excellent observation and monitoring skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy including report preparation and operating surveillance systems.
- Willingness and capability to work on a 24-hour shift-based rotation.
Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor live video feeds from CCTV cameras installed at various locations.
- Identify suspicious activities, security breaches, and potential safety risks, and report them promptly.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and records of observations, incidents, and actions taken.
- Coordinate efficiently with field security officers and emergency services during required situations.
- Operate CCTV and related surveillance equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Review recorded CCTV footage when required for incident investigation.
- Strictly adhere to company policies, procedures, and data protection requirements.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism at all times.
