Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives and activities to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and workplace experience.
Organize employee engagement events, team-building activities, recognition programs, and internal engagement campaigns.
Conduct employee feedback surveys and engagement activities to identify employee needs and areas for improvement.
Work closely with department heads and management to address employee engagement and workplace-related concerns.
Develop initiatives that promote employee well-being, recognition, teamwork, communication, and a positive workplace culture.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
Support the development and implementation of employee engagement policies, programs, and communication initiatives.
Requirements
Degree, Professional Qualification, or Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Employee Engagement, HR, Employee Relations, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of employee engagement, employee experience, workplace culture, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination, and presentation skills.
Creative and proactive approach to designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with employees and management.
