Job Description
We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individuals of high potential to work alongside industry professionals as an Interns. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic background, good communication skills and enthusiasm to learn and grow personally and professionally.
- Familiarization in Receiving and processing catering orders through email, telephone, and customer airline portals.
- Gain an understanding in Communication of catering orders, amendments, and operational information to relevant teams.
- Entering operational and invoicing information accurately into specific systems
- Checking the completion and communication of delivery notes.
- Collecting and maintain supporting documents required for invoicing.
- Checking that invoicing items are recorded in systems using the correct invoicing codes.
- Assist with invoicing audits and revenue assurance activities.
- Assist in maintaining accurate, complete, and traceable operational records.
- Follow company requirements for confidentiality, accuracy, quality, and professional conduct.
Requirements
- Successfully completed G.C.E. (O/L) with six passes including English and Mathematics, and 3 passes at G.C.E. (A/L) qualifications.
- Completed Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Applied Mathematics, Business Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or similar discipline from a recognized university would be an added advantage.
- Good command of English and Sinhala, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a highly organized, time-sensitive, and safety-conscious environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude in the workplace.
- Adaptable team player, willingness to learn and support and engage actively in work.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
