3. Eligibility and User Accounts

Age Requirements

Account Security

Strict Prohibition Against Fake or Misleading Information
Users are strictly prohibited from submitting fake, fraudulent, altered, or intentionally misleading details to employers or to our platform.
When uploading a CV, resume, contact details, residential address, or academic/professional certifications, you explicitly warrant that all information is completely truthful, accurate, and reflective of your real-world background.
Providing falsified information including, but not limited to, fake phone numbers, false references, fabricated qualifications, or impersonating another individual, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If a User is found to have submitted fake details:
- We reserve the immediate right to terminate the user’s account without warning.

Document and File Submissions
Job Seekers retain full ownership over the text files, PDF documents, and images they upload as part of their CV or profile. However, by submitting a CV or application, you grant Insert Jobs the necessary operational license to host, parse, and securely transmit these documents to the respective employers whose job listings you apply for.
5. Specific Obligations for Employers and Publisher Policies
Any corporate entity, human resource representative, or individual business owner posting a job opening on Insert Jobs is classified as an “Employer” or “Publisher” under this agreement.
Acceptance of Employer Publisher Policies
If you post a job as a new or existing employer on our platform, you must explicitly accept, adhere to, and operate in compliance with our Publisher Policies, Google AdSense Policies, and Sri Lankan Labor Laws.
Every job listing submitted to our system undergoes automated or manual vetting. As an Employer, you agree that your job listings will NOT contain:
- Discriminatory language based on race, religion, gender, caste, age, or physical disability, except where specific physical parameters are explicitly mandated by statutory legal frameworks within Sri Lanka.
- Deceptive, fraudulent, or multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes, pyramid systems, or “work-from-home” fee-based financial scams.
- Adult entertainment roles, sexually explicit descriptions, or illegal activities.
- Inaccurate or hidden compensation frameworks designed to intentionally mislead job candidates.
Right to Refuse or Remove Listings
Insert Private Limited maintains complete editorial authority. We reserve the absolute right to reject, suspend, modify, or permanently delete any job vacancy post that violates our internal quality guidelines, triggers user complaints, or compromises our stance with third-party advertising networks like Google AdSense.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
