To maintain the integrity and quality of our job board, all publishers (employers, recruiters, and hiring managers) must comply with the guidelines set forth in this Publisher Policy. By submitting job postings on insertjobs.lk, you agree to adhere to these terms.

1. Publisher Account Registration

• Registration Requirement: All publishers must register for an official publisher account via our designated registration portal: https://insertjobs.lk/register-as-publisher/ before creating or posting job listings.

• Account Authenticity: Publishers must provide accurate company details and verifiable contact information during registration. Accounts using fraudulent or misleading credentials will be suspended or permanently terminated.

2. Accuracy and Authenticity of Information

• 100% True and Verifiable Content: All job listings must contain genuine, accurate, and completely true details regarding the job position, company background, and hiring process.

• Prohibition of AI-Generated or Fake Content:

  • The use of AI tools to generate fake, inaccurate, or low-quality job descriptions is strictly prohibited.

  • Publishers are strictly forbidden from creating mass, automated, or bulk fake job postings using AI tools or automated scraping/generating techniques.

  • All vacancies posted must represent real, active, and immediate employment opportunities.

3. Application Process Guidelines

Publishers must provide legitimate and clear methods for candidates to submit their applications:

• Direct Email Submissions: The application email address must be a legitimate, active email account dedicated to accepting candidate CVs/resumes.

• External Application Links: If directing applicants to an external site, publishers must provide a link to their official company career portal or an established online application portal.

• Link Safety & Cleanliness:

  • All external links must be secure, functional, and spam-free.

  • Links containing malware, phishing attempts, deceptive redirects, or intrusive advertising are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate account ban.

4. Required Job Details & Data Fields

To ensure candidates receive accurate information, all required fields must be populated correctly:

• Job Title: Must be clear, concise, professional, and easy to read. Titles overloaded with excessive keywords or “keyword stuffing” (e.g., “Hiring Urgent Urgent Work From Home Data Entry Online Job Make Money fast”) are strictly prohibited.

• Expiration Date: A realistic and correct closing/expiration date must be assigned to every post.

• Job Type: Clearly define whether the role is Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship, or Temporary.

• Location: Provide the exact physical working location or specify if the role is Remote / Work-from-Home.

• Salary & Currency: Clearly state accurate salary figures or ranges along with the correct national or international currency code (e.g., LKR, USD, INR, AED).

5. Prohibited Content and Practices

The following are strictly forbidden on insertjobs.lk:

• Fake, deceptive, misleading, or scam job offerings.

• Requests for upfront fees, payment, or financial investments from job seekers to apply or secure employment.

• Discriminatory practices based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, or sexual orientation.

• Pyramid schemes, Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) schemes, or work-at-home scams.

• Posts containing offensive, adult, defamatory, or illegal content.

6. Moderation, Enforcement, and Removal

• Review Process: insertjobs.lk reserves the right to review, edit, or reject any job posting or publisher account that violates these guidelines.

• Policy Violations: Postings found to contain spam, AI-generated fake details, deceptive links, or keyword-stuffed titles will be removed immediately without prior notice.

• Account Suspension: Repeated or severe non-compliance with this policy will lead to immediate and permanent suspension of the publisher account.

7. AI Content Publisher Policy

• If we detect you are posting job vacancies using AI-generated low-value content, our team will delete your job posing and temporarily suspend your account temporarily. After the correction period, after corontine periad you can apply to be activated again with the correction.
