Role Description

This full-time hybrid role, based in Negombo with some work-from-home flexibility, focuses on providing comprehensive financial advice and wealth planning services to individual clients and families. Wealth Planners and Wealth Planner Managers will assess client needs, analyze financial goals, and develop tailored strategies covering insurance, savings, investments, and retirement planning. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, conducting financial reviews, presenting solutions, and maintaining long-term relationships to ensure ongoing alignment with client objectives. The role also involves tracking portfolio performance, collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service, and staying updated on market trends and AIA Sri Lanka’s product offerings. Managers additionally oversee and mentor team members, support business development activities, and help drive sales and service standards.
