TECH LEAD / SOFTWARE MANAGER
LK Domain Registry is the sole administrator for web addresses that end in “.lk” in Sri Lanka. Since its inception in 1990, LK Domain Registry is facilitating development initiatives of Internet infrastructure services to improve the Internet service sector in the country. The Registry is expanding its services to serve the country better.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead planning, development, quality assurance, and release management processes of software teams.
- Guide and support software development teams in coding, design reviews, and technical decisions.
- Break down high-level requirements into technical tasks and assign priorities.
- Lead for integration testing and UAT readiness.
- Enforce code quality, unit testing, and performance benchmarks.
- Actively participate in cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, DevOps).
- Continuously improve product reliability and maintainability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
- Lead Agile methodology, DevOps, and CICD.
- Make sure coding and testing standards are met.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Computer Science or IT.
- Preferably with MBA or any related master degrees.
- 8-12 years’ experience.
- 1-3 years as tech lead.
