Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) | Western Hospital (Sri Lanka)
Western Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our diagnostic team. You will be responsible for conducting accurate laboratory tests to assist physicians in patient diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and specialized lab tests in hematology, biochemistry, and microbiology.

Collect and process patient blood, tissue, and fluid samples safely.

Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.

Ensure strict adherence to quality control and safety protocols.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution.

Registration with the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC) is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
