MANAGER – FINANCE Sarvodaya Finance
Selected candidate must be able to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of our financial reporting processes. This position is ideal for a finance professional with strong technical expertise and a proactive mindset, seeking to contribute to a dynamic finance environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare financial statements in accordance with SLFRSs and LKASs

Compile and submit regulatory reports to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) and generate management information
-
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely audit completion
-
Support internal teams with regulatory and financial reporting requirements
-
Ensure adherence to the requirements of the Inland Revenue Act
-
Contribute to the development and finalization of the Annual Report
Qualifications and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or part/full qualification in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or any other recognized professional qualification

Over 7 years of experience in finance, including a minimum of 4 years in a managerial capacity at a bank or finance company
-
Excellent planning and execution, relationship management and good communication skills

Strong adaptability, work under pressure and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in MS Office, AI, and BI tools
