Location:

  • Conveniently located in Colombo – 03.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle Inbound Calls

  • Identify Client Needs

  • Research and Resolve Issues

  • Upsell and Cross-Sell

Work Schedule:

  • Work any 5 days of the week, in 8 hour shifts

  • Enjoy additional allowances for weekend and holiday shifts!

Qualifications:
