We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and skilled Blood Drawing Technicians (Phlebotomists) to join our medical team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients, ensuring accuracy, safety, and a comfortable experience for everyone under your care.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify patients correctly and explain blood drawing procedures clearly to comfort them.

Perform safe and efficient venipuncture (blood drawing) procedures on diverse patient groups.

Label all drawn blood samples accurately and prepare them properly for laboratory testing.

Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, infection-control, and safety regulations.

Keep the blood collection station clean, organized, and well-stocked with sterile medical supplies.
Job Qualifications:

Education: Must possess a minimum of a one (01) year Nursing Certificate from a recognized institution.

Experience: Minimum of one (01) year of professional work experience in nursing or phlebotomy.

Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-centered attitude.

Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to technical detail.
