Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience in marketing leasing and financial products at a recognized Bank or Finance company.
- Established existing customer base and supplier relationship network.
- Degree or professional qualifications (full or part) in Sales & Marketing, Banking & Finance, Credit Management, or Accounting/Finance as an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute business plans to accomplish branch targets.
- Manage assigned financial portfolios to optimize overall branch profitability.
- Evaluate regional market conditions to identify active and potential sales channels.
- Train, coach, mentor, and motivate staff to fulfill performance goals.
- Implement and monitor internal operational controls across branch operations and administrative tasks.
