Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of G.C.E. Ordinary Level and/or Advanced Level examinations.
- Prior customer service or call centre experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Valid National Identity Card (NIC).
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate assistance.
- Resolve client complaints and guide customers on banking products and digital services.
- Maintain call logs and update customer records within internal systems.
- Adhere to banking service standards and quality benchmarks during customer interactions.
Key Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Sinhala, and/or Tamil.
- Customer orientation and active listening abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and keyboard skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude and emotional composure under high call volumes.
- Teamwork and adaptability to rotating shift schedules.
