KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
BUSINESS PERFORMANCE & COST LEADERSHIP
- Lead monthly performance reviews using real-time dashboards and digital KPIs
- Identify risks to targets and drive corrective action plans across group supply chain functions
- Challenge cost structures using internal and external benchmarking data
- Drive initiatives to achieve a low-cost, high-efficiency operating model
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory, tax, and governance requirements
REPORTING, DATA & ADVANCED ANALYTICS
- Oversee accurate and timely reporting using ERP systems and business intelligence tools
- Lead forecasting of cost evolution using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Promote data ownership at source and ensure adherence to accounting and costing standards
BUSINESS PLANNING & FORECASTING
- Lead annual budgeting in collaboration with operations and business units
- Drive quarterly forecasts with digitally enabled planning tools
- Deliver insights through variance analysis vs. budget and prior performance
STRATEGIC PROJECTS & DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
- Support key initiatives such as sourcing optimization, restructuring, and integrations
- Play a key role in digital supply chain transformation, including:
- 1. Automation of reporting and workflows
- 2. Implementation of control tower visibility tools
- 3. Adoption of AI-driven demand and cost forecasting
CAPABILITY BUILDING & KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER
- Build financial and operational awareness across teams
- Conduct training sessions to improve data literacy and cost management understanding
- Translate complex analytics into clear business insights
COMPLIANCE, GOVERNANCE & AUDIT
- Act as the key contact for internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance through digital audit trails and monitoring systems
- Uphold group financial policies, accounting standards, and internal controls
BENCHMARKING & CONTINUOUS OPTIMIZATION
- Lead benchmarking initiatives across supply chain operations
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities across procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution
- Drive continuous improvement using automation, process mining, and analytics
