HEAD OF MARKETING

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing to lead the company’s marketing function and strengthen its brand presence in the financial services industry. The Head of Marketing will play a key leadership role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, digital engagement, and product visibility while aligning with the company’s overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and brand strategy aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

• Strengthen the brand positioning of the company as a trusted and customer-focused financial institution.

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns for deposits, lending, digital products, and other financial services.

• Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content initiatives to enhance engagement and lead generation.

• Collaborate with Regional Managers, Branch Managers, and Product Heads to support branch-level marketing and sales objectives.

• Leverage data analytics and CRM platforms to monitor performance and optimize marketing outcomes.

• Manage and control the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to drive performance, innovation, and accountability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role within the financial services or banking industry.

• CIM in Marketing or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, along with an MBA qualification, is preferred.

• Proven expertise in strategic marketing management, brand leadership, and digital transformation.

• Strong understanding of financial products, customer segmentation, and market regulations.

• Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics platforms

• Demonstrated success in implementing measurable, results-driven marketing strategies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
