GOLD LOAN AUDITOR
[EXECUTIVES / SENIOR EXECUTIVE]
Job Role
-
Carrying out routine Gold Loan audits in branches located in island wide in order to ensure the accuracy of the gold loan advances and to identify the actual caratage and weight of gold articles.

Ensuring compliance with company’s policies, procedures and applicable laws and regulations related to gold loan operation in Sri Lanka
-
Appraising the existing internal control systems and recommending improvements in order to enhance the quality of existing internal control system.

Preparing audit reports on each audit visit and make recommendations for corrective actions and follow-up.
Qualifications and Experience Required

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pawning/ Gold Loan industry.

Experience in the gold inspection.

Passed GCE Advanced Levels with minimum 3 passes.

Degree in Business Management or Commerce from a recognized university or possessing similar diploma will be an added advantage

Ability to communicate in Sinhala and English. Fluency in Tamil language will be an added advantage
