CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT – COLOMBO

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Passed G.C.E Advanced Level (A/L) or

  • Passed G.C.E. O/L with mathematics and recognized professional qualification in sales

  • Minimum of 02 years of relevant work experience

  • Proficiency in Sinhala / Tamil with a basic conversational knowledge of English

  • Basic Computer awareness in MS Office including MS Excel

  • Willingness to learn and improve

  • Strong customer – oriented mindset

  • Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute positively to meet sales targets
