ASSISTANT MANAGER SALES & DISTRIBUTION
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and drive sales of company products and services to achieve targets.

Manage assigned routes to meet sales and distribution objectives.

Achieve monthly and annual sales and cash collection targets.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.

Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
-
Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets to expand company reach.
-
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or any related field.
-
1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-
Outgoing personality with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
-
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
-
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
