Commercial Credit, a prominent player in Sri Lanka’s non-banking finance industry, is inviting energetic and self-motivated individuals to join its Internal Audit Department under the Genius Ethics division. Based out of the Borella City Office but operating primarily in the Kandy region.
The role focuses on executing audit plans, evaluating internal controls, presenting key findings to management, and undertaking special investigations.

Academic & Professional Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting and Finance. OR
- AAT passed finalist or part qualification in CA (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka).
- Work Experience: Prior auditing experience gained within a recognized audit firm, bank, or financial institution is considered an added advantage.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical capabilities alongside excellent interpersonal skills.
- High degree of work efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to perform duties effectively in an independent environment with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Primary Work Area: Although attached to the City Office in Borella, the primary operational focus and daily functioning for this audit role will be in the Kandy area.
Key Responsibilities
Duties encompass completing the annual internal audit plan, reviewing operational procedures and controls, preparing management reports, and conducting special investigative tasks assigned by the Head of Division.
