Job Requirements
- Education & Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, Television Technology, or Productions (holders of UNIVOTEC or NYSCO diplomas are preferred). OR
- G.C.E. A/L with 3 passes (preferably in Mathematics or Technology streams) combined with a technical background.
- Age Limit: Preferably below 30 years.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Sound understanding of broadcast playout and automation systems.
- Proficiency in monitoring audio/video standards, live feeds, and off-air signals.
- Computer literacy with strong working knowledge of MS Office packages.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict live broadcasting deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Added Advantages: Knowledge of video editing, 2D/3D graphics, and Sinhala typing skills.
- Operational Availability: Willingness to work unsocial hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as dictated by operational needs.
