Job Summary:
Sampath Bank PLC is seeking a dedicated Senior Customer Care Executive to lead our customer relations desk in Colombo. In this role, you will be the bridge between the bank and our high-value clients, delivering exceptional service, resolving escalations, and upholding our reputation for customer excellence.
Responsibilities:

Handle complex customer inquiries, disputes, and service requests with efficiency and professionalism.

Guide and mentor junior customer care staff to maintain high service standards.

Collaborate with internal branch teams to streamline operations and enhance the client experience.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a professional banking qualification (e.g., AIB).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or relationship management within the banking sector.

Superb communication and conflict-resolution skills in English, with Sinhala or Tamil fluency.
