Job Summary:

Sampath Bank PLC is seeking a dedicated Senior Customer Care Executive to lead our customer relations desk in Colombo. In this role, you will be the bridge between the bank and our high-value clients, delivering exceptional service, resolving escalations, and upholding our reputation for customer excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex customer inquiries, disputes, and service requests with efficiency and professionalism.

  • Guide and mentor junior customer care staff to maintain high service standards.

  • Collaborate with internal branch teams to streamline operations and enhance the client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a professional banking qualification (e.g., AIB).

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or relationship management within the banking sector.

  • Superb communication and conflict-resolution skills in English, with Sinhala or Tamil fluency.
