REAL ESTATE CUSTOMER SUCCESS EXECUTIVE (CUSTOMER CARE + SALES)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or real estate industry

  • SLIM / CIM qualification or a Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Sinhala / Tamil is an advantage)

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Good knowledge of social media, CRM systems and MS Office

  • Age below 30 years preferred (Female)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media

  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable property solutions

  • Generate and follow up on leads, schedule property viewings, and close deals

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Update and maintain CRM records and reports

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer experience
