Senior Design Executive – Brand Communications

Job Details

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Design Executive to join the Brand Communications team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for branding, packaging, advertising, digital media, and marketing communication materials.
• Create innovative artwork and design solutions to support new product launches and brand campaigns.
• Ensure all creative work is aligned with Dilmah’s brand identity, visual standards, and communication objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Brand Communications, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful creative solutions.
• Prepare artwork for print and digital production while ensuring accuracy and adherence to production specifications.
• Coordinate with external agencies, printers, photographers, and other creative partners to ensure quality execution of design projects.
• Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance creative output.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in graphic design, branding, advertising, or a similar creative role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, packaging, marketing communication, and creative design.
• Excellent creative thinking, visual communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the FMCG industry or a leading brand environment will be an added advantage.
