General Submission Deadlines & Rules
- Deadline for Submissions: Notices intended for publication in the gazette must be handed over to the Department of Government Printing no later than 12:00 noon on the Friday falling two weeks prior to the publication date. For the specific issue slated for 09 October 2026, all advertisements and notices must be submitted by 12:00 noon on 25 September 2026.
- Applicable Categories: This rule covers job vacancies, exam notices, tenders, auction notices, and general statutory announcements.
- Time Sufficiency: Senders must ensure that sufficient time is factored in so that documents reach the government printing office well before the indicated cut-off time. Late submissions will strictly not be accepted or carried forward under any circumstances.
- Document Clarity: Every advertisement submitted for publication must be clearly printed on one side of the paper only. Unclear, double-sided, or improperly formatted documents will be rejected during preliminary reviews.
- Post-Publication Inquiries: Any inquiries, corrections, or complaints concerning published notices must be lodged immediately following the release date of the respective gazette.
