Key Responsibiliti
• esConduct engaging A/L group classes (2-hour sessions per class) for Physics in English Medi
• umDeliver lessons according to the A/L syllabus in an effective and structured manne
• r.Prepare lesson plans, notes, and practice materials for student
• s.Simplify complex concepts and ensure clear understanding among student
• s.Conduct revision sessions, past paper discussions, and exam-focused preparatio
• n.Monitor student progress and provide continuous academic suppor
• t.Manage classroom discipline and maintain a productive learning environmen
• t.Work collaboratively with the academic team to improve teaching qualit
• y.Adapt teaching methods based on student performance and learning need
