TOUR EXECUTIVE – OUTBOUND TOURS
U & I Travels is looking for a dynamic and passionate Tour Executive – Outbound to join our growing team.
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in outbound travel/tour operations preferred.

Good communication & customer handling skills.
-
Ability to handle inquiries, quotations & bookings.
-
Knowledge of visa procedures and airline reservations is an added advantage.
-
Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
-
Fluent in English & Sinhala.
Job Responsibilities:
-
Handling outbound tour inquiries.
-
Preparing tour quotations and itineraries.
-
Coordinating visas, hotels, flights & transport.
-
Following up with clients and converting inquiries into sales.

Maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Location: Pamankada, Colombo

Salary: Negotiable based on experience + incentives
