About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Social Media & Content Executive who loves storytelling, understands kids’ lifestyle/athleisure content, and knows how to use AI tools to make ideas come alive.
If you’re someone who enjoys creating engaging content, building communities, and keeping social platforms buzzing with fresh energy — this is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Content Creation & AI Tools

Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short videos for our brands

Use AI tools to create visuals, copy, concepts, and quick edits

Develop creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and events
Social Media Management

Plan and execute monthly social media calendars
-
Ensure consistent posting and brand voice across platforms

Monitor engagement, reach, saves, watch time, and community growth

Share actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance

Track performance and share simple weekly insights

Coordinate with creators, athletes, parents, and influencers for content collaborations

Collect and organise UGC content for social media and campaigns
Community & WhatsApp Management

Engage with our community across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms
-
Respond to messages, queries, and comments in a warm, timely manner

Help nurture a safe, helpful, parent-friendly community
Event & Campaign Support

Ideate concepts for events and brand activities

Collaborate with the team to bring ideas to life on-ground and online
What We’re Looking For

Strong creative sense and attention to detail

Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, etc.)
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Organised and able to manage calendars/timelines
-
Basic editing skills (reels, simple videos)
-
Comfortable appearing in content occasionally and capturing behind-the-scenes moments using a phone
-
Bonus: experience working with kids’ brands or lifestyle content
