KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out machine breakdown repairs and preventive maintenance activities, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Prepare, update, and maintain engineering drawings in line with operational requirements.
- Coordinate material and service requisitions in collaboration with the Engineering Stores.
- Support new product implementation activities, including maintaining relevant records and documentation.
- Liaise with external service providers and contractors for maintenance and repair activities.
- Design, implement, and support machine modifications and improvements to enhance performance, efficiency, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001 standards, including preparation and maintenance of required reports and records.
- Train and develop team members to achieve required competency levels while promoting good housekeeping and 5S practices.
- Support cost control initiatives and conduct Process FMEA to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree or Diploma from a recognized university or technical institute.
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience in a similar engineering or maintenance role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Sound knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance.
- General knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance practices, and steel fabrication.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Effective time management and people management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in LEAN Management and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) will be an added advantage.
