Senior Executive – Engineering and Facilities
Key Responsibilities :
-
Oversee all Ninewells-owned facilities, conducting routine inspections to ensure optimal performance.

Track AMC/Warranty/Defect Liability Period contracts, address maintenance requests, and assign work orders and emergency projects as needed.

Coordinate maintenance activities and plans with external contractors.

Provide technical support for maintenance, installation work, and upgrades as needed.

Regularly inspect operating mechanical, electrical, and other critical systems, making necessary adjustments and repairs.

Prepare and maintain detailed engineering reports, checklists, and documentation.
Qualifications :
-
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, NDT/HNDE, or a relevant diploma from a recognized institute.

Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in facilities management or a related field.

Experience as a Facility / Maintenance Executive in a healthcare / hospitality would be an added advantage.

Strong leadership and project management skills.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.

Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
