RECRUITMENT OFFICER (Male)

Club Tex Mark (Pvt) Ltd, a trusted manufacturer of high-quality intimate apparel, is seeking a skilled and passionate Recruitment Officer to manage and oversee the hiring process within our production facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment manufacturing recruitment and a genuine interest in identifying, attracting, and onboarding the right talent to support our growing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies.

• Manage the full recruitment process.

• Collaborate with department managers on hiring needs.

• Source candidates through various channels.

• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews.

• Maintain recruitment records and talent pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Professional Qualification in HR, Business, or related field.

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in the garment industry.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient in recruitment software.
