Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity.

  • Educational or professional qualifications in Business, Credit, or Finance would be an added advantage.

  • Dynamic and performance-driven personality.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

RECOVERIES CALL CENTER

Location:

Colombo

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service or recovery-related roles is preferred.

  • Passed G.C.E. A/L.

  • Strong communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil, and/or English.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
