Key Responsibilities:
As a nurse at OSRO Hospitals, your primary duties will include:

Providing high-quality clinical care and monitoring patients in the wards or Operating Theatre.

Assisting surgeons and medical specialists during surgical procedures (for OT roles).

Administering medications, managing patient files, and updating care plans accurately.

Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare staff to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and sterile medical environment at all times.
Job Requirements:
To be eligible for these roles, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

Registration: Must possess valid registration with the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC).

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on working experience in a similar hospital setting (OT or Ward).

Location: Ability to work at our hospital facility based in Kegalle.

Skills: Strong communication, empathy, quick decision-making abilities, and excellent teamwork skills.
