Kings Hospital Colombo is seeking a dedicated, qualified, and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing of medications to our patients while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Dispense prescription medications accurately to in-patients and out-patients.

Verify doctor prescriptions to ensure correct dosages, drug interactions, and safety.

Provide clear instructions to patients regarding medication usage, side effects, and storage.

Manage pharmacy inventory by monitoring stock levels, expiration dates, and proper storage conditions.

Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
Job Requirements:

A degree or diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.

Valid registration as a pharmacist with the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ethical professional conduct.

Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment, including rostered shifts.
