Nursing Assistant – Channeling Unit

Key Responsibilities:
As a Nursing Assistant in the Channeling Unit, your daily duties will include:

Assisting doctors, consultants, and specialists during patient channeling and consultation sessions.

Welcoming patients, managing appointments, and organizing the patient queue efficiently to minimize wait times.

Checking and recording basic patient vitals (such as weight and blood pressure) before consultations if required.

Answering patient inquiries regarding channeling schedules, doctor availability, and hospital services.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment within the channeling rooms.
Job Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar hospital setting or outpatient clinic.

Location: Willingness and ability to work at our hospital facility located in Kegalle.

Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-first attitude. Basic computer literacy is an advantage for managing appointment systems.
