Marketing Associate – Leasing (Fixed Term Contract)

JOB PROFILE

Identify and engage prospective customers through strategic field visits and targeted marketing campaigns.

Promote leasing services with strong, value-driven propositions.

Build and maintain long-term business relationships to secure repeat sales.

Consistently meet or exceed individual performance targets.

Provide timely reports and updates to the sales management team.
APPLICANT’S PROFILE
-
Age between 20-27 years.
-
Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in leasing, sales, or marketing.

Experience in banking or the Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) sector is preferred.

Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level with credits in English and Mathematics.

Full or part qualifications in SLIM, CIM, or Banking would be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Sound understanding of marketing and sales strategies.

Fluency in Sinhala or Tamil (written and spoken) with proficiency in English.

Outgoing personality with a strong passion for sales.
