Manager – Sales Administration
A Manager – Sales Administration is required to oversee and streamline all sales support operations within the organisation. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales administration process, ensuring accuracy in order processing, pricing, documentation, and reporting while supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily sales administration operations and processes.
· Manage order processing, invoicing, and documentation accuracy.
· Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, logistics, and customer service.
· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
· Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Lead and develop the sales administration team.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Candidate profile:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· 4–6 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
· Strong analytical and reporting skills.
· Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
· Strong communication and organisational skills.
