MANAGER – FIXED DEPOSITS

Job Responsibilities

  • Moniter and coordinate the activites of branch Deposit mobilization officers.

  • Organize deposit mobilization promotion programs at the branch level.

  • Grow and manage a deposit portfolio.

  • Achieve allocated monthly / yearly target.

  • Follow deposit mobilization policies and procedures.

  • Create attractive value-added deposit products.

Key Requirements

  • Full / Part professional qualification in Marketing / Banking and Finance.

  • Sound knowledge in Financial Analysis.

  • Sound knowledge in KYC / AML requirments and CBSL guidelines in deposit mobilization.

  • 5 to 10 years experience in deposit mobilization within the banking or finance industry.

  • Possess presentation skills, problem solving skills.
