Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Operations Lead to oversee and optimize the organization’s operational functions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. The incumbent will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring the effective execution of business strategies. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, business operations, or a similar leadership role.

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting tools will be an added advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or Client management, with prior leadership experience being an added advantage.

Proven experience in managing recruitment delivery, operational performance, and client relationships.

Strong understanding of executive search, talent acquisition processes, and service excellence.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive performance, and ensure timely delivery of recruitment mandates.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

Proficiency in recruitment technologies, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and operational reporting tools will be an added advantage.
