One of our reputed clients in the ISP / Telecommunications industry is seeking technically capable and customer-focused Junior Technical Support Executives to join their team in Colombo. This role involves handling inbound technical support queries related to internet connectivity and networking services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle inbound technical support calls from international customers.

Troubleshoot basic internet connectivity issues.

Assist with router and modem setup, reset, and basic configuration.

Guide customers through structured troubleshooting steps.

Escalate complex technical cases to senior support staff.

Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.

Maintain professional communication standards and service quality.
REQUIREMENTS
-
Minimum 1 year experience in IT Helpdesk / ISP / Telecom support.

Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routers, Modems, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.

Basic network diagnostic skills.

Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation.

Ability to explain technical instructions clearly to non-technical customers.

Professional call handling skills.
-
Must be flexible to work rotational shifts aligned with Canadian EST.

7:00 AM โ 4:00 PM EST (5:30 PM โ 2:30 AM SLT)
