Inverter Engineer

The Inverter Engineer is responsible for the design, development, testing, installation, and support of inverter-based power systems. The role requires strong technical expertise in power electronics and hands-on experience with inverter technologies to ensure reliable and efficient system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and test inverter systems and power electronic circuits.

  • Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of inverter systems.
  • Analyse system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and service teams on project execution.
  • Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and test reports.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical support to sales and customer service teams when required.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong knowledge of power electronics, inverters, and control systems.
  • Hands-on experience with inverter troubleshooting and fault analysis.
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working with inverter systems, UPS, or renewable energy solutions.
  • Experience with solar inverters, VFDs, or energy storage systems will be an advantage.
