Job Summary:
Akmeemana Multi Purpose Cooperative Society is seeking an analytical Internal Auditor to evaluate and optimize our financial and operational controls. You will safeguard society assets, verify financial compliance, and ensure transparent governance across all cooperative divisions.
Responsibilities:

Conduct regular financial, operational, and compliance audits across various society departments.

Examine accounting records, financial statements, and inventory systems for accuracy.

Prepare comprehensive audit reports and provide practical recommendations to minimize operational risks.
Qualifications:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification like CAB-II, CIMA, or ACCA.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing, banking, or cooperative accounting systems.

Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with high integrity.
