Human Resource Executive
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role within a star-class hotel or resort.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and other HR functions, particularly in a hospitality or resort setting.
- Knowledge of labour laws, compliance standards, and HR management systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work proactively, as part of a team, and perform well under pressure.
- Ability to converse fluently in Tamil is essential.
Scope
- Manage hiring processes, from job postings to candidate selection and employee onboarding.
- Address staff concerns, promote positive workplace culture, and drive engagement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and internal policies while supporting performance management processes.
- Oversee payroll, leave management, and employee benefits to maintain accurate records and compliance.
