Executive / Senior Executive – Leasing Marketing

Siyapatha Finance is looking for energetic, result-oriented individuals to join our team as Executive / Senior Executive – Leasing Marketing. We are expanding our island-wide presence and have multiple vacancies across various regions in Sri Lanka.

Vacant Locations by Region:

  • Colombo Region: Dehiwala, Kaduwela, Maharagama, Malabe, Nawam Mawatha, Nugegoda, Pettah, Maradana, Thalawathugoda, Kottawa, Kotahena

  • Southern Region: Deniyaya, Tissamaharama

  • Gampaha Region: Minuwangoda, Negombo, Wattala

  • Kalutara Region: Panadura, Mathugama

  • Kurunegala Region: Kurunegala, Narammala

  • Anuradhapura Region: Anuradhapura

  • Eastern Region: Kalmunai

  • Northern Region: Mannar, Vavuniya, Chunnakam

  • Uva Region: Bandarawela

  • Sabaragamuwa Region: Warakapola

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market the company’s leasing products and financial solutions to prospective clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities, build strong networks, and maintain excellent relationships with vehicle dealers and individual customers.

  • Evaluate client creditworthiness and ensure proper documentation is completed for lease approvals.

  • Achieve monthly and regional sales targets set by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in leasing, asset financing, or marketing within the financial services sector (required for Senior Executive level).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • A target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in the field.

  • Familiarity with the local geography and business dynamics of your preferred area.
