We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support revenue cycle management operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage, gathering plan benefits, documenting call outcomes, and updating customer revenue cycle platforms accurately. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work according to US business hours and calendars.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to insurance companies to verify patient insurance coverage and obtain benefit details.

Gather and validate information related to patient eligibility, coverage, deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, authorizations, and other plan benefits.

Document call notes clearly and accurately based on information received from insurance representatives.

Initiate, follow up, or execute corrective actions where required to resolve insurance verification or benefits-related issues.

Record all actions taken and post relevant notes on the customer’s revenue cycle platform or Practice Management System.

Maintain a structured process for initial and subsequent verification of benefits.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned verification tasks.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, payer requirements, and revenue cycle processes.

Support process improvements through continued research, learning, and adherence to operational best practices.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
Requirements

6 months to 5 years of working experience in a similar role.

Candidates with experience in the Revenue Cycle Management industry are encouraged to apply.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Ability to work according to US time zones and US calendars.

Willingness to work night shifts: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM or 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
