CREDIT EXECUTIVE / CREDIT OFFICER

Collections and Customer Support:

  • Follow up on overdue payments, contact customers to resolve payment issues, and negotiate payment plans.

  • Answer customer inquiries regarding credit accounts, billing, and payment options.

  • Handle and resolve customer disputes related to credit accounts.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of credit transactions, customer accounts, and payment history.

  • Prepare reports on credit performance, aging accounts, and other relevant metrics.

  • Input customer information, transaction details, and other data into the credit system.

Key Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Willing to visit customers.

Skills Requirement:

  • Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management.

  • Accurate record-keeping and data entry.

  • Ability to identify and resolve credit-related issues.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with customers professionally.
