Role Overview

Our client, a fast-growing premium workspace company in Sri Lanka, is looking for a Community Manager to lead customer engagement, onboarding, operations, and community management across multiple locations in Colombo. This role requires a confident, client-focused leader with experience in hospitality, co-working, real estate, or customer experience who can deliver a premium customer journey while managing teams and operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Property Showcasing – Lead client inquiries and workspace tours, recommend suitable workspace solutions, support sales conversions, and build strong client relationships.

  • Onboarding Excellence – Oversee seamless onboarding experiences, including client onboarding, agreements, documentation, workspace setup, and consistent customer touchpoints across all locations.

  • Community Leadership – Lead and mentor Community Managers, maintain KPIs and service standards, and drive a high-performance, customer-focused culture across properties.

  • Customer Experience & Retention – Manage the end-to-end client experience by handling feedback, escalations, retention, community engagement, and long-term client relationships.

  • Marketing & Brand Experience – Coordinate with marketing teams to support events, activations, walkthroughs, and brand experiences while ensuring all customer satisfaction. .

  • Operations & Quality Control – Oversee daily operations, occupancy, bookings, vendors, and operational efficiency while maintaining premium workspace, hospitality, and service standards across all locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer experience, hospitality, co-working, real estate, operations, or related industries.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory, team leadership, or people management role.

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent relationship-building and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple locations and teams simultaneously.

  • Comfortable handling high-level client interactions, negotiations, and escalations.

  • Experience working with CRM systems, reporting tools, and operational coordination platforms will be an added advantage.

  • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when required for events and operational needs.
