Key Responsibilities:
As a Channel Assistant, your daily duties will include:

Assisting consultants, doctors, and specialists during patient channeling sessions.

Managing patient appointments, scheduling, and channeling queues efficiently.

Ensuring a comfortable, organized, and professional environment for both patients and medical staff.

Providing basic healthcare guidance and administrative support as required by the hospital management.
Job Requirements:
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Education/Training: Completion of a recognized Nursing Course is mandatory (හෙද පාඨමාලාව සම්පූර්ණ කර තිබීම අනිවාර්ය වේ).

Location: Ability to work at our hospital facility based in Ratnapura.

Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy toward patients, and good organizational capabilities.
