We are seeking energetic Call Centre Agents to join the prestigious British Way International School in Kandy. In this role, you will handle inbound student inquiries, provide accurate information about educational courses, and assist parents with the registration process.
Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Fluency in English (additional local languages are a plus).

Prior telemarketing or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
