Key Responsibilities:

Drive branch growth and achieve profitability targets

Continuously review and monitor team performance

Ensure adherence to internal controls and operational guidelines

Lead and execute sales, marketing, and recovery initiatives

Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers
Qualifications & Experience:
-
A Degree or equivalent professional qualification
-
Minimum 07 years’ experience in the financial sector, with at least 3 years at Assistant Manager level
-
Strong decision-making and judgmental skills

Proven people management and leadership abilities
-
Goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving performance targets
