ASSISTANT MANAGER – SYSTEM AUDIT

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage complex Information System (IS) audits across infrastructure, business applications, and operational networks.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal control systems, data integrity, and compliance with institutional policies and external regulations.

  • Conduct risk assessments on core insurance applications, emerging IT implementations, and digital platforms.

  • Review vulnerability assessments, data protection frameworks, and disaster recovery plans to safeguard corporate information assets.

  • Formulate risk-based System Audit programs and document all audit processes and findings systematically.

  • Draft precise and comprehensive system audit reports highlighting vulnerabilities and presenting practical recommendations to senior management and the Board Audit Committee.

Applicant’s Profile:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity from a recognized university.

  • Possession of professional IT certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CRISC would be highly advantageous.

  • A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in Information Systems Auditing, IT Security, or IT Risk Management, preferably within the Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services industry.

  • Sound knowledge of data privacy laws, network infrastructure, database structures, and internal IT audit methodologies.

  • Strong report writing, data analytics, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with high standards of professionalism and integrity.

  • Age preferably below 35 years.
